Bitrich777 (bitrich777.com) is operated by Proponent Technologies ("we", "us"). This page explains exactly what data this site collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we run no ads, we do not sell personal data, and analytics only runs if you say yes.
Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why
1. Analytics (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which guides help readers. It is off by default and only activates if you click "Accept analytics" on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings. Data sent to Google Analytics is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
2. Contact form. When you send us a message we store your name, email address, and message so we can reply. Submissions are saved in a private database on our server and forwarded to our mailbox. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
3. Newsletter signup. If you subscribe, we store your email address so we can send you our content updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your address.
4. Spam protection and view counts. To block spam and count how often a guide is read, our server briefly processes your IP address. We never store the address itself — only a salted, one-way hash that cannot be reversed into your IP. View counting is once per day per visitor and identifies no one.

What we do NOT do
- No advertising networks run on this site.
- We never sell, rent, or trade personal data.
- We do not use your email for anything you did not ask for.
- No accounts, no profiles, no tracking across other websites by us.
Third-party services
Pages load a small number of third-party resources needed to display and measure the site: Google Analytics (consent-gated, above), Google Fonts, Bootstrap via jsDelivr CDN, and Font Awesome icons. When your browser fetches those resources, the provider sees your IP address as part of the normal request. Affiliate links on this site lead to external companies (for example, Hostinger) whose own privacy policies apply once you leave — see our Affiliate Disclosure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. We honor these requests regardless of where you live: email proponenttechnologies@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Data retention & security
Contact messages are deleted once resolved; newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe; anti-spam hashes and view-count records are pruned automatically. Data is stored in access-protected files on our server, and the site is served exclusively over HTTPS.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be noted on the homepage.
